Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of products and services provided by Cashcraft Pty Ltd ("Cashcraft"), including StoreSignals, Convrs, and Sendrly (each a "Product"). By creating an account or using any Product, you accept these Terms.

2. Service description

Cashcraft offers SaaS products for ecommerce businesses. Each Product is described on its respective website. Features and pricing may change with notice.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parent/guardian consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any Product to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate applicable communications laws (CAN-SPAM, POPIA, GDPR, ePrivacy).
  • Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Product or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense the Product without our written consent.
  • Use AI features in a way that violates our AI Policy.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All Cashcraft software, designs, and trademarks are the property of Cashcraft Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your data and any content you upload or generate via the Product.

7. AI features

Each Product's AI features are governed by our AI Policy. AI-generated content is provided for your editing and approval; you remain responsible for what you publish or send.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also discontinue a Product with at least 30 days' notice; in that case, you may export your data before discontinuation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to contact us at info@cashcraft.co.za to attempt resolution. We respond to good-faith concerns within 5 business days.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers and posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
